East Side Mario’s, is a beloved Italian-American restaurant chain known for its hearty pastas, unlimited breadsticks, and vibrant dining experience. With growing demand for faster service, contactless delivery, and improved staff productivity, the chain needed an innovative solution. That’s when E Pro Bot’s cutting-edge delivery robot service, stepped in to revolutionize the way East Side Mario’s served its guests. It improved the customer service and operational efficiency. The robot is able to deliver 8 plates together at only $2 to $3 per hour.
Cora Breakfast and Lunch, a beloved Canadian restaurant chain famous for its fresh fruit, hearty breakfasts, and family-friendly atmosphere, was always committed to
delivering quality food with exceptional service. However, as customer demand grew and labor shortages became a challenge, Cora looked for an innovative way
to enhance service speed, reduce staff workload, and improve the overall dining experience. At one location, it is difficult to find staff, and 5 staff members plus a robot did the same revenue as previous 7 staff members. It is a 20-30% operational cost savings and staff members are more satisfied with the robot server assistant to help them.
Swiss Chalet, one of Canada’s most iconic restaurant chains, has been serving delicious rotisserie chicken and homestyle comfort food for decades. As the demand for faster service, efficient delivery, unique guest experience, Swiss Chalet looked for an innovative way to enhance its operations. That’s where E-Pro Bot’s advanced delivery robot solution, stepped in to revolutionize both dine-in and takeout experiences. When two robots are working together, the efficiency is more than doubled. A typical robot delivery trip takes about 1-2 minutes, while the 2nd robot will shorten that wait time to 10 seconds, so that serving team does not need to come back to kitchen any more.
168 Sushi Buffet, a popular all-you-can-eat sushi and Japanese cuisine chain, is known for its high-tech ordering systems, fresh sushi, and fast service. As customer expectations for speed, efficiency, and contactless dining grew, 168 Sushi turned to E-Pro Bot’s, an innovative delivery robot solution, to take its dining experience to the next level. At one location, we did a before and after analysis, in a week, our robot served as a food runner and saved the owner 35 hours on the payroll. It is 500% Return on Investment for the owner.
On average, the two Dinerbots complete 134 trips, resulting in a significant saving of 10-12 hours of server time every day. This substantial time-saving measure translates to a remarkable improvement in staff efficiency. On average, the two Dinerbots cover a daily travel distance of 3.62 km, which is equivalent to the servers' combined travel distance of 7.24 km.
