168 Sushi Buffet, a popular all-you-can-eat sushi and Japanese cuisine chain, is known for its high-tech ordering systems, fresh sushi, and fast service. As customer expectations for speed, efficiency, and contactless dining grew, 168 Sushi turned to E-Pro Bot’s, an innovative delivery robot solution, to take its dining experience to the next level. At one location, we did a before and after analysis, in a week, our robot served as a food runner and saved the owner 35 hours on the payroll. It is 500% Return on Investment for the owner.

On average, the two Dinerbots cover a daily travel distance of 3.62 km, which is equivalent to the servers' combined travel distance of 7.24 km.
